Figure 4.43,a illustrates the heat consumption versus drying productivity of granary during a day. Figure 4.43,b shows quantity of dried grain during 3 months of operation versus drying productivity of granary.

Figure 4.44 shows power of the wind power systems for heat supply and traditional heat only boiler stations on fossil fuel versus drying productivity of granary at average wind duration of 10 hours per day. For granaries with productivity of 32…320 t/h the necessary area of wind flow cross section is changed according to fig. 4.45,a. A number of wind turbines in the wind power system is determined by the power of separate turbines and total power of wind power plant. Figure 4.45,b illustrates q1uantity of 4,8 люW wind turbines in a WPP versus drying productivity of granary at average wind duration of 10 hours per day.

The necessary heat capacity of accumulator is determined by specific heat capacity of coolant and average value of daily used heat quantity. Wind power systems permit to lower the use of fossil fuel and restrict greenhouse gases emissions into the environment.
